This cotton fabric, blended with metallic fibers, has a slightly shiny finish. The fabric retains the shape given when crumpled. The skirt’s wide waistband offers subtle contrasts with cotton-satin piping and drawstring. Numerous fine and irregular topstitches add structure to the piece.
